VIRPI: Virgin Islands Rare Plant Initiative
Join St George Village Botanical Garden Executive Director, Dewey Hollister, as he guides you through the Virgin Islands Rare Plant Intiative (VIRPI) garden. On display are some rare, threatened and endangered specimens being grown such as Jamaican Bell Flower, Boxwood, a rare Frangipani aka Plumeria and the elusive Puerto Rican Matabuey Tree (Goetzea elegans).
