Trees provide the very necessities of life itself. They clean our air, protect our drinking water, create healthy communities, and feed the human soul. But these life necessities are threatened in the US Virgin Islands and around the globe.
To address this, we’ve launched an unprecedented undertaking – the Trees for St. Croix Project. Together, we can create change … through trees.
Our mission: To inspire people to plant trees and to join us in the tradition of saving seeds.
We are now shipping Plants to St. John through a partnership with
Island Green Living Association. Orders must be pre-paid online, click to order online.
Fruit Tree and Edibles Program – Availability
Every Saturday our tree and edible seedlings are available at the VI Dept of Agriculture Farmer’s Market. We have many varieties of the Common Fig, Pomegranate, Pineapple, Breadfruit, Avocado, Cashew, Dragon Fruit, Passionfruit, Ginger, Galangal.
We Pledge our Support to the
We have 3 Goals:
- Grow 6000 of trees in 2019-2020 for FREE distribution to the public.
- Educate the public to the importance of having trees in both the home and urban landscape.
- Launch a community-based initiative for seed stewardship by collecting seeds of local native trees for storage in our seed bank.

M-F, 8:30 am til 1 pm. Staff is not working afternoons.

Due to COVID19 pandemic, we are requiring everyone to schedule online appointments 15 minutes apart. Arrive on time, wear face masks and adhere to the VI social distancing protocols.
